Products made of genuine leather, suede, flocking synthetic leather or such other materials may not be washed with water, and it is strongly recommended to avoid wearing such products on rainy or snowy days. When there is any stain or dust, please use dry banister brush to wipe off, and apply leather care agent, or suede detergent, and such other appropriate care agent, as the case may be, to maintain the corresponding materials.

In addition to attentions required for the aforesaid genuine leather, suede, flocking synthetic leather or such other materials that may not be washed with water, when washing the shoes, please do not soak. Please use clear soft cloth to dip into water and wipe off the dirt, or apply neutral detergent on banister brush to scrub and clean. Please choose a shady and cool place with nice ventilation to dry the shoes after cleaning, and avoid exposure to the sun by all means (with respect to fabric made products, it is recommended to dry the shoes after wrapping with white paper on the upper of the shoes.

With respect to any product made of reflective materials or adopting thermal cutting, thermal pasting process, during washing of the shoes, please do not wipe or scrub such parts of the shoes hard so as to avoid causing damage.

With respect to any product made of dark/bright colored genuine leather, suede, flocking synthetic leather or such other materials on the upper/lining/collar/shoe tongue, due to the characteristics of such materials, slight dyeing effect may be caused to the bottom of your trouser legs when wearing the shoes. In such cases, it is recommended to wear dark colored socks, and match the shoes with trousers of the same color scheme.

Acidic and alkaline substances in rainwater can damage shoes. If wet, promptly blot with a cloth and air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area instead of quick drying or sun exposure which can easily cause damage or deformation.

When storing unworn shoes, clean thoroughly and stuff with moisture-absorbing paper to retain the shape. It is recommended to put desiccants inside shoe boxes and store in a cool and ventilatedarea. Never keep in heat, moisture or direct sunlight to avoid shortenedlifespan.
